Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit the place where the Lord along with his army built Ram Setu on Sunday, a day before the consecration ceremony of Ram Lalla in Ayodhya.

PM Modi will visit Arichal Munai point. The Prime Minister will reach there around 9.30 in the morning. After this, PM Modi will worship at Shri Kothandarama Swamy Temple at 10.15 am.

ANI, Ramanathapuram (Tamil Nadu). Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit the place where the Lord along with his army built Ram Setu on Sunday, a day before the consecration ceremony of Ram Lalla in Ayodhya.

PM Modi will visit Arichal Munai point. The Prime Minister will reach there around 9.30 in the morning. After this, PM Modi will worship at Shri Kothandarama Swamy Temple at 10.15 am.

The meaning of the name Kothandarama is Ram with a bow. It is situated in Dhanushkodi.

It is said that it was here that Ravana’s brother Vibhishana met Lord Rama for the first time and sought refuge from him. Some legends also say that this is the place where Lord Rama coronated Vibhishana.

Earlier, the Prime Minister visited Sri Ranganathaswamy Temple in Tiruchirappalli and Sri Arulmigu Ramanathaswamy Temple in Rameshwaram in the southern state.

Ramlala’s life will be consecrated on Monday

At the same time, the consecration of Shri Ramlala will take place in the temple of Ayodhya on Monday. In view of the grand event, which will be attended by around 8,000 VIP guests, the Uttar Pradesh Police Force has increased security at the temple and the city.

Additional Director General (ADG) Lucknow Zone Piyush Mordia said that patrolling is being done on Saryu river through boats and drones have been deployed for aerial surveillance.

More than a hundred planes will come to Ramnagar today


Airport Director Vinod Kumar Garg said that at present the entire attention of the airport management is towards the consecration of the idol of Ram Lalla on Monday.

More than a hundred planes are going to arrive on the eve itself carrying guests attending the Pran Pratistha and many of these will be private planes.

It will not be possible to park such a large number of aircraft here and after disembarking the guests, these aircraft will be parked at nearby Lucknow, Gorakhpur, Varanasi and Kanpur airports.
